For those of you who prefer small class-based training and enjoy training with friends, we can design small group classes with either general fitness in mind or more specific types of training for sports enthusiasts.
Below are a few examples of class packages. Classes are structured to six weeks and are periodised to ensure constant progress. Moreove,r they are fun, friendly, motivational and easily affordable. Classes are based on four people exercising three times per week for a six week period.
