miserably for others, the reason is – metabolic
type. If you don’t know your metabolic type, any nutrition plan is purely
guess work.
Once your metabolic type has been identified, we then assess the possibility of food intolerances and
unknown allergies, as well as fungal and parasite infections which, if left
unchecked, lead to digestive dysfunction and immune problems. If you
suffer constantly from bloating or colds and sniffles, you are probably eating something
you shouldn’t be.

- Drink at least 2 litres of good quality water per day.
- Eat more leafy green vegetables, as opposed to below the ground vegetables.
- Cut out all bread (even wholemeal), pasta, cereal and wheat based products. In our experience, these foods are the number one cause of excess weight and body fat.
- Reduce intake of caffeine, alcohol and dairy.
- Do more physical activity in your daily routine. Walk to work and up stairs when possible. Park farther from entrances. Walk the dog for an extra 20 minutes. These kinds of habitual changes will have a much greater benefit than the odd visit to the gym
- Eat protein at every meal. If you don’t eat protein, you can not build muscle. If you can not build muscle, or burn fat.
- If you cannot pronounce any of the ingredients in a food -or if it was not here 10,000 years ago – or If it is advertised on television – DO NOT EAT IT
- Take time out to de-stress. Excess stress makes you fat, so find something that truly relaxes you and pamper yourself.
