For those new to the PT-Health philosophy we've developed a package to give you the basic tools you need to get going. This includes :
Physical assesment (posture, body composition, muscle strength and movement pattern assessment)
Nutritional assesment (metabolic typing, internal stress loads, food allergies).
2x personal coaching sessions, (flexibility, core, strength, development exersises)

The one thing we ask from you as a client is that you commit to improving your health and fitness. PT Health Solutions does not believe in quick fixes. Therefore we have structured our pricing plan in order for the most committed client getting the best deal.
One-to-one coaching hourly rate: £45 (see packages below for special deals)
The silver package consists of a weekly hour session and is suited to the individual who already attends a gym yet requires regular guidance and advice on exercise and health.

The gold package consists of either two 60 minute or three 40 minute sessions per week. It is designed to fit around your busy working schedule and does not require additional gym membership.

The platinum package involves three hourly sessions per week and is designed for individual’s committed to achieving a specific goal and have the time to do so. Gym membership is not necessary.
